• The minimum transaction amount is 500 EGP.
• The installment period are 12 months.
• The credit cardholder has to click the 0% interest button on the merchant before processing the transaction.
• The installment is posted as a part of the amount due, which is the installment/s plus the minimum amount due out of total the non-enrolled balance in the installment payment plan-if any.
• There is no maximum number of enrollments in the installment payment plan service as long as they are within the card's credit limit.
• The cardholder should adhere to the monthly installment.
• The installment service will be cancelled if the installment plan is settled before the maturity date.
• The bank can cancel or stop the service at any time without giving notice or a warning.
• In case of violating the terms and conditions, the bank can take any legal action or restrict the customer's right to dispose of his card or account.
• All risks and liabilities occurring from the usage of the service are the customer's responsibility and the bank is not liable for it.
• All transactions performed by the client on the website are considered valid and legally approved by the customer. Thus, he cannot deny it.
• The refunded transactions do not cancel the enrolled transactions in the installment plan. The customer must contact noon call center to proceed with the cancellation/refund process.
• This service will not be available if the card is over limit and/or delinquent and/or suspended cards. Active services might be automatically cancelled for the same reasons.
