Easy Installments - What is it?

Easy Installments (Easy Monthly Installments or Easy Payment Plans) is a payment method provided by our partner banks where you can pay your noon purchase in installments if it is 500 EGP or more. Interest rates differ from bank to bank, please refer to the below table. Pay for orders on noon in super easy monthly installments, as long as you have a credit card from any of these banks:

Only orders 500 EGP or more are eligible for the Easy Installments plan.

How do I get started with an Easy Installments plan on my credit card?

There are two options:

1- Automated Process: You can choose the Easy Installments option directly from the checkout page if your card is eligible. To know more about the steps and rates check out the below link:

2- Manual Process: Call your bank, or sign in to online banking to check if you are eligible for an Easy Installments plan.

What information do I need to provide to the bank to start a plan?

Merchant name: noon.com

Date of Order: The date you placed your order on noon

Order Amount: The total value of your order

Order ID: You can find this under My Orders

Tenure of the plan required: 6 months

Can I use prepaid cards & cash on delivery to get the installment scheme?

No, sorry! Easy Installments can only be used on eligible credit cards which are supported by our partner banks.

Can I use installments on my card on delivery payment?

It's available only in UAE, soon will be in Egypt

What are the costs?

Costs differ from bank to bank; so it's best to check with your bank first. 

What if I return the item? Will I get a full refund?

Yes. Once your return has been accepted by our customer care team, a full refund will be to your noon credits that will give you the option to transfer the amount to your bank account. Installments will still be paid normally to the bank. Don't forget to check with your bank about any payments made directly to them as they may have their own terms. (Terms & Conditions apply)

Are there penalties if I don't pay my bank installments on time?

Your bank may charge you a penalty, interest fee or both when you fail to clear outstanding installments. Make sure you stick to payment deadlines and find out about charges from your bank in advance.

How long will it take the bank to process my request?

It may take 3-5 business days for any changes to show up on your credit card statement.

What are the tenure options and the processing fees available for an installment plan on my credit card?

How will I know if my purchase transaction has been transferred to an installment plan?

After completing a purchase you will receive a confirmation email from noon that confirms your order using Easy Installments. Also, you will be able to see it in your monthly bill. Always contact your bank for more details.

Can I apply for more than one installment plan at the same time?

Yes, you can have multiple numbers of transactions.

Can I use installments on promotion and offer items? 

Yes, you can

Can I use Discount Coupons along with noon easy installments?

Yes, you can
