How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel any order, item or delivery on the “Tracking details” page by tapping/clicking on the relevant items in the Orders tab.


Before your item is packed


If your delivery status is “Processing” or “Confirmed”, you can use the “Cancel items” button and the applicable refund will be processed immediately. 


After your item is packed


If your delivery status is “Packed”, “Dispatched”, ”Out for delivery” or “Pending pick up”, you can use the “Cancel shipment” button and the applicable refund will be processed in 24 to 72 hours. You will find the exact refund period on the “Tracking details” page.


Please ensure to cancel items/deliveries using the Orders tab to receive applicable refunds as fast as possible
