How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order, individual items, or a shipment directly from the Tracking Details page in the 'Orders' tab. The available cancellation option depends on the current delivery status.

Before Your Order Is Packed
  1. If the delivery status is Processing or Confirmed, use the Cancel Items button.
  2. The applicable refund is issued immediately.

After Your Order Is Packed
  1. If the delivery status is Packed, Dispatched, Out for Delivery, or Pending Pick-up, use the 'Cancel Shipment' button.
  2. Refunds for these cancellations are processed within 24–72 hours, and the exact timeline is shown on the 'Tracking Details' page.

Important
Always cancel through the 'Orders' tab to ensure the refund is processed as quickly as possible.
