How can I get free shipping?
- If your order contains only express items, free shipping fees will be applied when the cart total is 200 EGP or above. A fee of 20 EGP will be applied if the order costs less than 200 EGP.
- If your order includes only market items, shipping fees of up to 25 EGP will be applied to the market items per seller. This per-seller fee will depend on the order subtotal from each seller as follows: EGP 25 if seller subtotal is less than EGP 200; EGP 12.5 if the seller subtotal is between EGP 200 and EGP 600; and EGP 0 if the seller subtotal is greater than EGP 600. This fee applies even if your order includes both noon express & market items.
- For VIP customers, if your order includes market items and express items, shipping fees of up to 25 EGP will be applied to the market items per seller as per the order subtotal from each seller mentioned above.
