To ensure smooth use of your Gift Card, please review the guidelines below:

Terms & Restrictions
  1. Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged for cash, or reloaded once purchased or redeemed.
  2. Gift Cards can only be shared if unredeemed. Once redeemed, the balance becomes part of your noon Credits and cannot be transferred to another account.
  3. Gift Cards are valid only on eligible products sold on noon's website.
  4. When you return an eligible item, the refund will follow the original payment method. Any amount paid using a Gift Card will be refunded to your noon Credits balance.
  5. Cashback is not awarded on noon Gift Card purchases made using the noon–Mashreq credit card.
  6. If the Gift Card balance does not cover the full order amount, the remaining balance can be paid using any supported credit or debit card.
  7. A Gift Card can be redeemed once, and the credited amount can be used across multiple purchases until the balance is fully consumed. 
  8. Gift Card(s) cannot be purchased with noon credits.
  9. Gift Cards cannot be refunded, replaced, reloaded, or converted to cash, and redeemed balances cannot be moved between accounts.
  10. Customers are responsible for safeguarding their Gift Card Number and PIN. noon is not liable for:
    1. Lost or stolen card
    2. Unauthorized redemption
    3. Fraudulent use
