noon Lockers FAQs

What is noon collect?
noon collect is a service provided exclusively for noon shipments that allows you to choose to collect your shipments from a convenient location through lockers.
Lockers are storage solutions that allow you to self-collect shipments through a unique pin or code.

How can I use this service?

  • Upon checkout, click on “Add A New Address”
  • You will see all the available noon collect destinations in your area along with important information such as exact location, timings, etc.
  • Select the location most convenient for you.

Once the address is in your address book, you can select this address during the checkout process and complete your order as usual.

There was no noon collect option for my order. Why?
This could be due to a variety of reasons:

  • There may be no noon collect location in your vicinity
  • The items selected may be too big such as large appliances, TVs, refrigerators
  • The items selected may be at risk of getting damaged such as chocolates, frozen foods, chilled foods, etc.
  • The order consists of more than 4 items

Someone called me up to tell me that my shipment does not fit inside the locker and that they will have to deliver the shipment to my home address instead.
Our apologies, but this can happen due to imperfections in our systems or if the item was found to be unfit for the locker for a variety of reasons. We strive to do better every day and are working to improve our technology.

How do I track my locker delivery? 

Once your items are delivered to the locker, we expose the location link and locker code in the Orders tab. We will also send you an SMS/email when the shipment is placed in the locker and when you have 48 hours remaining to pick up the shipment. In the Orders tab, we will give you these updates with the “Pending pick up” status.

How do I pick up my shipment when I am at the locker?

To pick up your package at a locker, do one of the following:

To use your pin:

  • We will send you the unique locker pin once the shipment is placed in the locker. This is available in the Orders tab, SMS and email. 
  • Go to the locker location selected as indicated in the SMS, e-mail or Orders tab (within a maximum of 5 days) to collect your shipment.
  • Enter your code on the locker’s screen.

How long will my shipment stay inside the locker?

The shipment will be available for pick up for 5 days after the day of delivery. You can view exactly how much time you have left in the Orders tab. If the shipment is not picked up in this timeframe, it will be returned to us. If you used noon wallet credits to pay for the item(s) the amount shall be refunded as noon wallet credits within 24 hours. If you used your card to pay for the item(s) and your account refund preference is set to card refund, the amount shall be refunded to your card within 48 hours. The amount may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending upon the issuing bank. However, if you used a combination of card and noon wallet credits to pay for the item(s) the amounts would be refunded to their respective payment source.
