What are the payment options?

You can choose from the following options to pay for your noon orders:

  1. Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX)
  2. Cash on Delivery
  3. Apple Pay is only available as a payment method for selected countries on our noon app only, when using a supported device. If Apple Pay is available for your country, you will see this payment option at checkout.

    • What is Payment On Hold?

      Sometime the customer's payment will be put on hold. This means that even though the payment is successful from the customer's end, due to some security reasons it is temporarily put on hold on noon's system until successfully verified.

    • What should I do if my payment is on hold?

      For security purposes, we need a scanned copy of any government-issued ID to be sent to payments@noon.com e.g. Egyptian national ID.

    • Can I split my payment between Wallet and Credit Card/Cash on Delivery?

      Yes. You can use the available credit in your wallet along with cash on delivery or credit card if your wallet amount does not match the entire order value. Please note that cash on delivery payments can be made on orders less than EGP 25,000.
