Delivery Delays and How to Resolve Them

If your order has not arrived by the expected delivery date, check the "Orders' tab for real-time updates. Delivery delays can occur for several reasons, and the Orders tab will show the exact action needed to complete the delivery.

Delivery Issues and How to Fix Them 
  1. Your address or PIN needs correction. Update it within 48 hours or cancel the shipment from the 'Orders' tab.
  2. Your phone number may be incorrect or unreachable. Update it through 'Update Address'.
  3. If the agent can’t contact you, you can reschedule or cancel directly from the 'Orders' tab.
  4. Use 'Cancel Shipment' in the 'Orders' tab to trigger any applicable refund.
  5. After three failed delivery attempts, the shipment is returned. Refund can be triggered from Cancel Shipment.
We will notify you via email or phone if action is required. Ensuring your address and phone number are accurate helps prevent delays.
