Why have I not received my delivery yet?

In the rarest of rare cases where you don’t receive your items at the specified delivery address on time, we update the Orders tab depending on the reason for the holdup with your delivery. 

 

The following scenarios might have occurred:

  1. Address issues: You need to update the right PIN for your delivery address within 48 hours of the delivery attempt or cancel the delivery on the Orders tab. 
  2. Phone number issues: You need to update your phone number by tapping “update address” or cancel the delivery on the Orders tab. 
  3. We couldn’t reach you: Our delivery agent tried to contact you on your given phone number but couldn't get through. The next available delivery date, rescheduling and cancellation are available on the Orders tab.  
  4. The delivery was cancelled: You can use the cancel shipment button on the Orders tab to trigger any applicable refund.  
  5. Maximum delivery attempts reached: This happens after three unsuccessful delivery attempts. You can use the cancel shipment button on the Orders tab to trigger any applicable refund.  

 

For address-related issues, we will also attempt to call you on the phone number mentioned in the delivery address. 

 

We will also send you an SMS or email for the cases mentioned above. Please ensure all details in the Orders tab are correct to receive your delivery as fast as possible without any hindrance.
