How to Check Your Order Status

After placing an order, you can track every stage of its progress through your noon account. Updates are shared in real time, and each item in your order has its own status.

Steps to check the order status:
- Sign in to your noon account on the app or website.
- Select the Orders tab from your account menu.
- You will see a list of all your recent orders, and each item will display its current status, such as:
   - Confirmed
   - Packed
   - Dispatched
   - Out for delivery
   - Delivered
- Select any item within the order to see detailed tracking information, including shipping updates and the latest movement of that item.
