Transferring Your noon Credits to Your Bank Account
You can transfer refunded credits (from returns or warranty claims) from your noon Wallet to your bank account. However, gift vouchers and goodwill credits cannot be transferred.
Transfer Limits:
Min: EGP 200
Max: EGP 10,000
Once every 15 days
How to Transfer Your noon Credits to Your Bank Account
Go to My Account > noon Credits.
Tap on the "Withdraw" button to start your transfer.
Enter/select your bank account details, and submit your request.
After submitting, you’ll receive an OTP on your registered phone number. Enter the code to proceed.
Check your email and confirm the request within one hour. After this period, the email expires, and the option to confirm will no longer be available.
The credit is deducted from your wallet. Within 4-5 hours, the status will update to Processing as the request is being processed.
The amount will be transferred within 5-7 business days, based on your bank’s policies.
You can track your transfer status in the Transfers tab. If you already have a pending request, you won’t be able to submit another until it’s processed.

The return period for all categories is 15 days. The return period for home appliances and toys is 7 days.
