You can track every stage of your order directly from the Orders tab in your noon account. Each item displays its delivery date, tracking history, and available actions such as rescheduling or cancellation.
Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments depending on the seller's location, stock availability, or fulfillment method.
Reasons for multiple shipments:
- Items from different sellers are dispatched separately.
- Each shipment is delivered as soon as it’s ready instead of waiting for all items to be collected.
Tracking your shipments:
- Check delivery dates and tracking updates for each item under "Orders" in your noon account.
- The estimated delivery date is also displayed in the Delivery section on the product page (below the “Add to Cart” button).
- You will receive order updates through email and app notifications.
Fees: Shipping and Cash on Delivery fees are applied only once per order, not per shipment.
Tracking Statuses Meaning:
- Processing: Your order is under review; we’ll contact you if details need verification.
- Confirmed: Your order is approved and being prepared for dispatch.
- Packed: Your items are packed and ready to be handed over for delivery.
- Dispatched: The shipment is with our delivery partner.
- If delivered by a third-party carrier, you’ll see a 'Track Shipment link'.
- If delivered by noon express, updates appear directly in the Orders tab.
- Out for Delivery: Your shipment is on its way. For certain orders, a delivery code may be required.
- Pending Pick-up: For locker or pickup-point deliveries, your shipment is ready for collection and must be picked up within the allowed window.
